Product description : Ducati Superleggera V4
The Superleggera V4 is a road version of the Panigale V4 from the Italian manufacturer Ducati. Emphasis has been placed on optimal lightening by the use of carbon fiber in the fairings, chassis and swingarm. Its eye-catching design features carbon fiber biplane fins on either side of the front fascia for improved aerodynamics. The engine is the Desmosedici Stradale R, a 998 cc V4 fitted with Ducati's Desmodromic timing system. This motorcycle uses Öhlins suspension and a Brembo braking system.Furthermore, the installation of the Akrapovič titanium silencer - specific to the racing kit - with an engine preparation results in a superb weight/power ratio of 1.54hp/kg.
Only 500 copies of the Superleggera V4 were produced.
• 1/12 scale assembly kit. Length: 176mm (with support: 198mm), height: 98mm
• Complex shapes of the fairings and in particular the characteristic biplane fins
perfectly reproduced by parts with intuitive and simple assembly.
• V4 engine, swingarm, front fork, side fairings and tank installed on the frame by screws.
Side fairings and tank are removable after final assembly.
• Realistic chain made up of two pieces split longitudinally.
• Front and rear brake discs with faithfully reproduced perforations.
• Metal transfers for the rear-view mirrors.
• Red gradients and carbon fiber side fairings reproduced by decals.
• Synthetic rubber tires with Pirelli tread patterns and logos reproduced by decals.
Scale : 1:12
The 1:12 scale is mainly used for models and miniatures like motorcycles. A model of motorcycle in the 1:12 scale will be 12 times smaller than the actual bike. If the motorcycle is 2.5 m in length, then the miniature will measure 8 inches / 20.8 cm in length (250/12 = 20.8). figures in the 1:12 scale are about 6 inches /15 cm high.

You can also paint the model with a brush (acrylic or enamel paint).
The model consists of different parts to cut and assemble.
Construction time will vary depending on the number of parts.
