Model truck DAF XF-105 Smoky Jr

This DAF road tractor represents a further restyling of the commercially successful previous series.

The XF105 offers a high level of roominess and driving comfort for long-distance users, and ensures high mechanical reliability together with a range of high engine performance in a wide variety of driving conditions while still complying with the most stringent environmental regulations in force.

In addition, the design features of the cab offer considerable protection to the driver in the event of an accident.

The name Smoky derives from the racehorse owned by the father of the driver (hence Junior) who, during the race, used to winning, disappeared in a cloud of smoke in front of his opponents.

The horses are also the protagonists, in a Wild West atmosphere, of the airbrushing on the sides of his DAF XF 105.

Scale : 1:24
The 1:24 scale is mainly used for models of cars, motorcycles and aircraft.
It allows a high level of detail.
For example, a motorcycle model in the 1:24 scale will measure 4 inches / 10.4 cm if the original motorcycle measures 2.5m in length (250/24 = 10.41).
A plane in the 1:24 scale will measure 1 foot 6 inches / 45cm in length if the aircraft model is 11m long (1100-1124 = 45.8).
