Ship Model THE REAL
La Real was built in Barcelona at the Royal Naval Shipyard, it was the flagship of Don Juan of Austria during the Battle of Lepanto in 1571 which was the biggest battle of galleys in history, during which the Christian fleet Holly League was defeated by the Ottoman fleet under the command of Admiral Ali Pasha.
In 1971, a replica of La Real was built and exhibited at the Maritime Museum of Barcelona.
The box contains all the laser-cut wood parts, with the hull angle cut-outs, wooden and metal fittings, with a plan and assembly instructions with step-by-step color photos that make it easy to construction.
Material for sails also included.
