Product description : Mirage 2000 B/D
The Italeri Mirage 2000 B/D 1/72 scale model kit faithfully replicates the twin-seat version of the iconic French jet fighter. The kit includes four different livery options from France, Brazil, Greece, and Taiwan, offering variety and historical depth. With a detailed cockpit and finely engraved panel lines, this kit is ideal for intermediate model builders.
The Mirage 2000, developed by Dassault Aviation, remains in service today thanks to its agility and multirole capabilities. This kit includes high-quality plastic parts for a rewarding build, although glue and paint must be purchased separately.

The Dassault Mirage 2000 is a French multi-role fighter that entered service in the early 1980s. The first single-seat versions dedicated to fighter and air superiority were joined by the two-seat 2000 B trainer version. Also a two-seater, the Mirage 2000 D was developed for ground attack and low-altitude penetration. Entering service with the French Air Force, it retained the characteristic delta-wing aerodynamic structure of the Mirage 2000 with the pilot and the officer in charge of managing weapons systems and target acquisition on board. Capable of carrying out a wide range of missions, it was used in various theaters of operation, such as Libya and Afghanistan. To this day, the Mirage 2000 D has undergone constant updates and modernizations of its avionics and electronics in order to extend its operational life. TWO FRENCH DECORATIONS INCLUDED.
